Your Machine Must Be In Good Working Order and You Must Have General Knowledge of Your Own Machine
Our classes teach a lot of techniques that other sewing schools leave out, and it is important that the class stays on schedule so that all of these crucial techniques can be taught correctly. If you are bringing your own machine to the class, your machine must be in good working order and you will need basic knowledge of how to wind the bobbin, install the bobbin, and thread the machine. Though these particular skills are taught in the “Get Sewing” basics class, they are taught based on the mechanics of modern, updated machines. CityCraft teachers are not expected nor obligated to instruct machine setup for makes and models of machines that are not supplied at CityCraft for student use. Individual machine instruction is available in a private lesson.

We offer a 10% discount on all materials purchased for your class and during the duration of the class.

Attendance
To ensure that your class runs smoothly and out of respect for the time of the teacher and of the other students, please arrive early or on-time for your classes. Classes will begin IMMEDIATELY. We will not wait for late students to arrive. If you are late, teachers will not sacrifice class time to bring you up to speed. You are expected to have all of your supplies ready prior to the start of the class.
